- The file cannot be opened due to an issue with the file supplied by us; or
- You received an incorrect digital product,
we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file, new download link, corrected product, or other appropriate solution.
3. Incorrect or Missing Product
If you receive a product that is materially different from the product described on our website, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
We may investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected product, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law.
